Leads multiple nonprofit programs, departments, and community initiatives; oversees budgets, grants, reporting, compliance, performance metrics, and accountability. Recruits and develops staff and volunteers, improves operational systems, builds stakeholder partnerships, addresses program challenges, and represents the organization in community activities. The role is full-time onsite in Columbus, Ohio, Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional evening or weekend responsibilities.

Leads the HR function for a department-of-one, advising employees and leaders on employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and workforce planning. Oversees HRIS and payroll data, vendors, policies, investigations, records, and system transitions. Supports approximately 25 year-round employees plus a seasonal workforce, delivering training and improving HR processes in a hybrid, part-time role.

Lead complex tax engagements, review returns and research, develop proactive tax strategies, advise clients, manage relationships, oversee budgets and timelines, and mentor tax professionals. The role combines advanced tax expertise, client service, business advisory, and team leadership within a hybrid CPA and advisory firm.
