Manage front-end operations and staff to deliver excellent customer service. Oversee cash handling, POS systems, cashier performance, staffing, training, inventory of front-end supplies, resolve escalated customer issues, ensure policy and safety compliance, and produce performance reports.

Provide friendly, accurate checkout service including processing payments, balancing the register, bagging groceries, maintaining a clean checkout area, assisting customers, restocking front-end supplies, training new cashiers, and following cash-handling and regulatory policies. Support other departments during peak times and report equipment issues.

Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms and high-touch areas, performing deep cleaning, reporting hazards, maintaining equipment, assisting customers, and following safety and cleaning protocols.

Perform routine and deep cleaning of store areas (floors, restrooms, displays, windows), maintain cleaning equipment, report maintenance or safety issues, assist customers and perform minor repairs while following health and safety protocols.

Provide friendly checkout service, accurately process transactions (cash, card, coupons), bag and help load groceries, maintain a clean checkout area, restock front-end supplies, assist customers and teammates, and comply with store policies and regulations.
