Electrical Engineering Intern supporting municipal infrastructure and roadway projects. Responsibilities include assisting with arc flash surveys, power distribution, lighting, and special systems design; reading construction documents; researching codes and specifications; performing calculations; verifying measurements; analyzing data; and collaborating with engineering staff in field and project settings.

Summer 2027 engineering interns assist with designing mechanical and electrical building systems, including HVAC, power distribution, lighting, fire protection, and plumbing. Responsibilities include interpreting construction documents, researching codes and specifications, performing basic calculations, organizing data, and supporting project teams. Candidates should be engineering students with strong communication, organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license and vehicle. Experience with AutoCAD MEP, Revit, SKM PowerTools, or Trane TRACE is preferred.
