Supports project managers and superintendents throughout commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects. Responsibilities include tendering, bid evaluations, subcontract preparation, permits, scheduling, document control, RFIs, submittals, change orders, QA/QC, meeting coordination, productivity tracking, project accounting, stakeholder communication, and project closeout activities.

Leads construction field activities for a designated project area, coordinating subcontractors and self-perform crews. Oversees safety, scheduling, quality, budget, permits, billing, work sequencing, field issue resolution, and compliance with contract documents. The role supports an on-site data center project on a 10-days-on, 4-days-off rotation with 12-hour shifts and may supervise superintendents, field coordinators, and interns.

Provides first-line IT support by troubleshooting technology issues, documenting service requests, supporting offices and job sites remotely, configuring hardware and permissions, escalating incidents, maintaining knowledge resources, and assisting with end-user training. The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, communication, and support for devices, applications, operating systems, productivity tools, virtualization, and ticketing systems.
