Leads Clark Builders’ brand, proposal, marketing, and communications services. Oversees team workflow, resourcing, quality, and deliverables; coaches team members; guides strategic proposals and pursuit materials; supports campaigns and storytelling across internal and external channels; ensures brand consistency; collaborates with stakeholders across regions; and improves processes, tools, and team effectiveness.

Oversee multiple large-scale construction projects, leading project teams, preconstruction, tenders, contracts, scheduling, forecasting, quality control, risk management, safety, compliance, and client coordination. Conduct jobsite reviews, support staff development, implement construction technologies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.

Manages project-specific quality control planning and execution for a major construction project. Responsibilities include coordinating QC staff and stakeholders, inspecting work and materials, arranging testing, leading pre-installation and mock-up meetings, documenting deficiencies and corrective actions, ensuring contract compliance, and completing closeout documentation. The role also involves team leadership, mentoring, interpreting construction documents, and transitioning from the Edmonton office to a project site near Fort Saskatchewan.
