Teams at Clark

Conduct outbound prospecting to CPA firms and decision-makers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify prospects, book demos for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, track outreach performance, and build pipeline. The SDR will develop messaging, refine sales processes, experiment with prospecting strategies, and collaborate with founding sales leadership in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment.

Work directly with customers to understand workflows, configure and deploy solutions, build lightweight integrations and internal tools, troubleshoot issues, test features, document processes, and support launches. The role partners closely with engineering, product, and founders while developing software engineering and systems-thinking skills through real-world AI deployments.

Lead customer workflow discovery, onboarding, adoption, and pilot engagements for accounting firms using Clark. Manage customer communications, translate audit workflow challenges into product feedback, create and track engineering issues in Linear, and partner with Product and Engineering on prioritization. Improve implementation processes, help customers adopt AI-powered automation, and build trusted relationships with audit professionals across multiple engagements.
