Supports and manages AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform Infrastructure as Code, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Docker and ECS deployments, Python automation, Git workflows, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements. Collaborates with development teams to improve deployment practices and participates in a low-volume daylight-hours on-call rotation. This is a hybrid Belgrade-based role with core CET hours.

Manage subscription renewals and expansion opportunities across academic, government, and higher education customers. Build relationships with decision-makers, execute renewal strategies, analyze contract and performance reports, forecast renewal pipelines, achieve sales targets, monitor market and product trends, and use sales tools to improve customer engagement and retention.

Senior Legal Counsel will lead complex commercial negotiations, draft and advise on customer, vendor, SaaS, data, content, and intellectual property agreements. The role provides strategic legal and risk advice, supports RFPs and tenders, manages cross-functional legal workstreams, improves contracting processes and legal technology, oversees external counsel, and mentors junior legal professionals. The position is based in Belgrade on a hybrid basis and requires strong international corporate or commercial legal experience.
