Provide patent docketing and filing support: manage IP records, prepare prosecution documents (IDS, ADS, POAs, PCT forms), coordinate with foreign agents, maintain customer dockets, run reports, and ensure SLA and time-tracking compliance.

Provide legal leadership for Clarivate's corporate transactions including review and negotiation of deal documents, deal structuring, due diligence coordination, and general corporate projects. Support commercial agreement reviews when time permits, interact with senior executives, manage deal processes, and pursue ongoing professional development. Hybrid role with occasional travel.

Perform royalty accounting for educational content: interpret agreements, calculate and reconcile royalties, prepare and distribute publisher reports, support audits and payments, and drive process improvements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
