Conduct comprehensive prior-art searches for PCT patent applications, analyze novelty and inventive step, document search histories, and prepare clear written patentability opinions. The role requires reviewing technical disclosures, researching patent and non-patent literature, managing weekly project workloads, meeting deadlines, and maintaining proficiency with patent-searching databases and established examination procedures while supporting USPTO services.

Leads global software engineering strategy, delivery, modernization, and operational excellence for mission-critical annuities and renewals platforms. Builds and develops engineering leaders and teams, oversees scalable and secure software services, establishes quality and reliability standards, and partners with Product, Architecture, Operations, Security, Data, and Business stakeholders. Manages workforce planning, budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation for a geographically distributed team of more than 75 employees.
