Two-year contract supporting ultrasound research and R&D: label anatomy and assess image quality across multiple ultrasound use cases, occasionally perform point-of-care exams, test beta devices and provide feedback, collaborate with engineers and clinicians, and manage small research projects to improve product usability and diagnostic value.

Own hardware compliance and product safety certification for handheld medical ultrasound devices across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and software domains. Plan and execute EMC, electrical, mechanical, and wireless testing; manage lab/vendor interactions; develop risk, usability, biocompatibility, and technical documentation; and support regulatory submissions (FDA, Health Canada, EU MDR, FCC, CE/RED).

Manage end-to-end membership renewals and transactions, work directly with customers and partners, process quotes in Salesforce, identify upsell opportunities with Sales, partner with Finance, and drive retention through excellent customer satisfaction and process improvements.
