Develop, train, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for research and production ultrasound applications. Build scalable ML data pipelines and tools, automate retraining, evaluation, and monitoring, and improve inference speed, robustness, and maintainability. Collaborate with researchers and software engineers to productionize ML research while reducing technical debt and communicating concepts to technical audiences.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads in Germany, develop early-stage pipelines, conduct customer discovery, and convert prospects into opportunities and closed deals. Manage CRM records in Salesforce, meet activity and revenue targets, collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing, and stay informed on industry and competitive trends. This fully remote role requires occasional alternative hours for cross-time-zone meetings.

Lead Clarius' lifecycle marketing to convert interest into sales-ready demand and drive post-purchase engagement. Own nurture, email, content, database re‑engagement, ABM and integrated campaigns; write email and blog content; build journeys and triggers; partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Customer Experience; run tests and measure conversion, adoption, pipeline, and revenue.
