Teams at Clarium

Own a core product domain within Clarium’s healthcare supply chain platform, leading discovery, requirements, delivery, iteration, and product direction. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and customer success while engaging healthcare customers and stakeholders. Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and establish product practices in a fast-growing startup. The role requires healthcare technology experience, enterprise workflow and integration expertise, and familiarity with driving change in large health systems. Epic integrations and AI-powered product experience are preferred.

Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python, build dashboards and recurring reports, identify trends and data-quality issues, and translate ambiguous business questions into actionable insights. The role partners with product, customer success, and engineering teams, documents metrics and methodologies, and presents findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Healthcare data, supply chain analytics, modern analytics engineering, and BI visualization experience are advantageous.

Lead creation and operationalization of a repeatable ROI/value realization framework across GTM and product. Build technical assessments, baselines, dashboards, and collateral to quantify customer outcomes, enable ROI-driven executive conversations, influence product roadmap, and drive retention and expansion. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data while scaling processes and team structure in a high-growth healthcare SaaS environment.
