The role combines full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategy, workforce forecasting, recruiting analytics, employer branding, compliance partnership, and team leadership. The manager will redesign recruiting processes, build talent pipelines across multiple states, personally fill difficult searches, develop playbooks and hiring programs, and coach a growing recruiting team while maintaining candidate quality and experience.

Own and build Clarity Pediatrics’ provider growth marketing engine to increase pediatrician referrals, adoption, and long-term partnerships. The role leads provider journey communications, lifecycle marketing, education, sales enablement, field and event marketing, performance measurement, and AI-powered automation. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Product, Partnerships, and executives, this leader will develop scalable programs, messaging, reporting, and systems that establish Clarity as a trusted specialty-care partner and drive measurable referral growth.

Own and scale the revenue cycle function, including payer contracting, billing accuracy, denials, collections, reconciliation, accounts receivable, and reporting. Lead and develop the RevOps team, partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve systemic payer issues, improve processes and controls, and support audit readiness. The role requires deep revenue cycle expertise across commercial, Medicaid, and self-pay payers, with a focus on building scalable operations in a growing virtual-care company.

Lead Clarity Pediatrics’ Texas growth across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin. Build provider and health-system relationships, coordinate marketing, sales, medical advisors, and field representatives, run market experiments, measure provider activation and referrals, hire and coach the growth team, and develop a repeatable playbook for national expansion. The role owns Texas market performance, including achieving approximately $3M+ in combined ARR and activating at least one market for efficient, high growth.
