Part-time contract Technical Recruiter responsible for full-cycle hiring across software engineering, data engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure roles. Duties include sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, hiring-manager partnership, pipeline development, ATS administration in Workable, recruiting metrics, and offer negotiations. The role requires technical literacy, advanced sourcing expertise, strong communication, and at least three years of technical recruiting experience.

The Senior Engagement Manager oversees project management for Ascend 2.0 implementations, coordinating data onboarding, partner communication, and UAT across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.

Lead data partner specification negotiations and own Ascend 2.0 platform configuration, data mapping, and internal QA. Validate and load data, coordinate UAT readiness, route non-standard requests to Product or Customer Engineering, maintain documentation and playbooks, and support multiple concurrent implementations to ensure go-live quality.
