Design, update, and support assembly equipment and processes in a manufacturing plant. Deliver mechanical, electrical, and systems design, edit PLC code, create schematics and 2D/3D drawings, lead small projects, develop process documentation and test plans, support maintenance, safety, quality, and perform supplier equipment qualification.

Lead and manage site EHS operations for the Florence, KY manufacturing plant. Develop and implement EHS strategies, ensure OSHA and ISO14001/45001 compliance, drive incident investigations and corrective actions, conduct daily Gemba safety walks, manage training and metrics, and advocate for capital and continuous improvement.
