Build executive relationships, drive technology adoption, negotiate complex commercial agreements, oversee P&L and multi-year strategic plans, and lead cross-functional teams to commercialize new products and expand market share.

Lead system-level architecture, requirements management, and integration of battery management systems into vehicle platforms. Act as technical lead in pursuits, drive requirements analysis with ISO 26262 and ASPICE considerations, coordinate cross-functional teams, define architectures, manage risks/DFMEA inputs, and own pursuit documentation and validation strategy.
