Lead and manage site EHS operations for the Florence, KY manufacturing plant. Develop and implement EHS strategies, ensure OSHA and ISO14001/45001 compliance, drive incident investigations and corrective actions, conduct daily Gemba safety walks, manage training and metrics, and advocate for capital and continuous improvement.

Operate and monitor automated shipping and decorating line equipment, perform quality and process checks, test and polish battery terminals, palletize per customer specs, perform minor maintenance, rotate positions, maintain production counts and housekeeping, and follow safety and 5S procedures.

The Electronics Design Engineer manages electronic design, testing, and verification for energy storage products, ensuring compliance with automotive standards and collaborating across engineering disciplines.
