Maintains a safe and secure environment through property patrols, access control monitoring, surveillance, incident reporting, emergency response, policy enforcement, and customer service. The officer observes and reports suspicious activity, monitors cameras and alarms when applicable, maintains a visible security presence, and works flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Duties may include foot or vehicle patrols and require extended standing, walking, and outdoor work.

The role requires maintaining a state-valid guard card or license, passing background and drug screening, communicating effectively, using basic computer skills, and standing or walking for extended periods.
