Leads the complaints function for a social housing organisation, ensuring fair, timely and empathetic resolution of resident complaints. Responsibilities include strategic and operational leadership, team development, performance management, regulatory compliance, Ombudsman engagement, governance reporting, stakeholder collaboration, root-cause analysis and service improvement. The role also manages resources, budgets and complaint insights to strengthen accountability and improve resident trust and service delivery.

Lead Clarion’s planned asset investment programme across the east region. Responsibilities include developing and validating work programmes, managing contractors, conducting stock condition surveys and site inspections, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, controlling budgets, forecasting expenditure, managing risks, completing valuations, and communicating progress with internal teams and residents. The role is hybrid but involves substantial regional fieldwork and occasional travel to other offices and schemes.
