Teams at Clarion Housing Group

Lead hands-on development and production support for Clarion’s Dynamics 365 Field Service platform. Build resilient solutions using C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, plugins, Power Platform, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and REST APIs. Partner with the Field Service Architect, manage complex technical issues, and oversee Dynamics ALM, environments, source control, and release pipelines. Manage and mentor two Technical Consultants, improve engineering standards, and provide technical leadership across the team.

Lead a team of approximately 60 repair planners, team leaders, and schedulers. Improve repair booking performance through accurate diagnosis, effective scheduling, customer communication, and timely resolution. Develop people, coach frontline leaders, collaborate with contact centre, digital, field, and out-of-hours teams, and drive service improvements that deliver efficient, consistent, customer-focused repairs.

Handle high-volume customer enquiries by phone, email, web chat and digital platforms. Resolve issues at first contact where possible, record interactions accurately, escalate complex cases, support vulnerable customers, and contribute to team targets and service improvements.
