Perform multi-trade maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across Mottingham, Penge and Bromley. Complete carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen/bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring tasks to deadlines while delivering good customer care.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of communal areas across estates in Haringey and Enfield. Duties include sweeping, mopping, litter picking, cleaning bin areas, and performing health and safety checks. Drive company vehicles as required and ensure estates are hazard-free and high standards are maintained.

Support the Head of Legal Services and Legal Services Team with administration and legal work focused on litigation, contracts and property matters. Manage a varied workload with minimal supervision, attend regional meetings/roadshows, and work in a hybrid London-based arrangement. Role requires eligibility to work in the UK and successful Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
