Lead delivery of Clarion's planned asset investment programme across the Midlands. Develop, validate and deliver programmes with Tier 1 contractors; undertake stock condition surveys and site inspections; ensure quality, compliance, commercial control, budget management, forecasting and risk mitigation; liaise with internal teams and residents; provide programme updates and ensure alignment with Property Services and Asset Strategy.

The Multi Trade Operative will perform maintenance and repairs across various trades, ensuring efficient completion of work and good customer service.

Visible on-site representative responsible for caretaking, cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness, safety and security of residents. Will drive between and cover local estates in Borehamwood, handling site checks and basic estate upkeep. Requires UK work eligibility, a full UK manual driving licence and Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
