Lead customer success for strategic healthcare accounts after go-live, owning adoption, satisfaction, net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion. Build account roadmaps, identify growth opportunities, manage escalations, coordinate Deployment teams, monitor usage dashboards, and intervene with at-risk accounts. The role also requires building scalable processes, translating technical concepts for customers, triaging issues, and leading customer success team development in an early-stage startup.

Work directly with customers to build, deploy, and iterate AI-driven scheduling and voice agents. Own end-to-end implementations, ship production code, tune agents in production, debug integrations/LLM behavior, and translate field insights into product improvements and account growth.

As an Implementation Manager, you will lead customer deployments, manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful software implementations in a healthcare setting.
