Provides technical leadership for enterprise cloud architecture, strategy, governance, migration, modernization, operations, and security across AWS, Azure, and other environments. Designs scalable and resilient solutions, establishes architecture standards and operational models, drives infrastructure as code and DevOps automation, and guides disaster recovery, compliance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and security teams while mentoring others and translating business needs into technical roadmaps.

Leads enterprise DevOps and cloud infrastructure strategy, building CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation, observability, and secure software delivery platforms. Partners with engineering, quality, and product teams across development through production environments. Supports disaster recovery, security-by-design, reliability testing, troubleshooting, and operational improvements. Mentors engineers and drives DevSecOps, SRE, and platform engineering maturity across a global organization.

Develop pricing strategies, budgets, proposals, scopes of work, change orders, and client-facing commercial documentation for clinical trial solutions. Analyze RFPs and customer requirements, lead pricing discussions, collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Science, and Operations, support negotiations, maintain accurate business-system records, and improve proposal processes while ensuring quality, compliance, and profitability.
