Own the architecture and technical direction of Clarify’s data platform, including ingestion pipelines, eventing, integrations, canonical data models, public APIs, and webhooks. Build reliable systems that handle scale, retries, conflicts, backfills, and deduplication. Establish observability, operate production systems with on-call ownership, and mentor engineers through design reviews and pragmatic standards.

Own end-to-end product design for major areas of Clarify’s AI-native CRM. Partner closely with founders and engineers to frame problems, prototype rapidly, design data-dense workflows, ship production UI, gather customer feedback, and establish reusable design patterns. The role requires staff-level product design leadership in an early B2B SaaS startup, strong interaction design for complex tools, comfort with AI-assisted workflows, and a portfolio demonstrating shipped work.

Lead Clarify’s product strategy, roadmap, operating cadence, launches, metrics, and product team. Partner with the CEO, CTO, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams while remaining hands-on with customer research, product specifications, AI-assisted prototyping, and adoption-focused execution. Hire and develop PMs, communicate product direction to the company and board, and drive retention and revenue through shipped products.

As a Product Engineer at Clarify, you'll improve product activation/retention, ship enhancements frequently, own product decisions, and build measurement frameworks, collaborating with founding teams to scale self-serve experiences.
