Provides emergency medical, fire, life-safety, and security responses for residents, staff, and guests. Patrols buildings and grounds, conducts resident welfare checks, maintains safety logs, manages parking and building access, responds to minor maintenance issues, escorts residents and staff, delivers items, and transports employees between parking areas. Requires a California driver’s license, holiday and weekend availability, and successful background and fitness-for-duty checks.

Provides overnight front desk coverage by greeting residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors; verifying access; maintaining gatehouse logs; operating remote gatehouse controls; directing calls; dispatching security personnel; and supporting emergency communication and safety procedures.

Provide compassionate nursing care to senior residents during a part-time evening shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., including rotating weekends and Fridays. Maintain professionalism, deliver exceptional resident service, and work collaboratively in a long-term care community. Candidates must hold a Georgia RN or LPN license and BLS certification. Prior long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar experience is preferred.
