Directs sales and marketing for a senior living community, overseeing occupancy development, lead generation, advertising, referrals, events, budgets, CRM processes, and sales performance. Leads hiring, training, coaching, evaluation, compensation, and employee relations for the marketing and sales team. Collaborates with development, ownership, leadership, residents, and community partners while maintaining brand, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Provides courteous reception services in a senior living community, including answering and transferring incoming calls, giving information and directions, assisting residents, staff, guests, and vendors, and completing clerical duties. This is a part-time position requiring work every other weekend.

Implements, integrates, monitors, and optimizes business systems. Resolves root causes, maintains data flows, leads upgrades and complex projects, and develops automation and AI-enabled solutions. Advises stakeholders, documents systems and controls, evaluates emerging technologies, and ensures solutions meet security, privacy, governance, testing, and responsible AI standards.
