Plans, schedules, and leads meaningful individual and group activities for senior residents, including those requiring physical assistance or experiencing memory loss. Coordinates special events, prepares monthly activity calendars, promotes community wellness, and provides educational opportunities related to disease prevention and management. The role supports resident physical, mental, and social well-being and includes every other weekend.

Provide compassionate nursing care to senior residents during a part-time evening shift. Responsibilities include supporting residents in a long-term care community, maintaining professional nursing standards, and working collaboratively with the care team. The role requires a current Georgia RN or LPN license and BLS certification. Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or a similar setting is preferred.

Coordinates resident activities, wellness programming, educational opportunities, calendars, newsletters, and recreational outings across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. Promotes holistic resident engagement, tracks participation, gathers resident interests, and supports person-centered programming. May transport residents to appointments and outings.
