Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing care plans, administering physician-ordered care, coordinating services, assisting with daily living activities, and supervising resident assistants. The role is a night shift position working Sunday through Thursday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Assists with planning and coordinating recreational, cultural, religious, social, and entertainment activities for senior living residents. Supports calendars and newsletters, purchases activity supplies, distributes mail, escorts residents, and coordinates volunteer efforts, including training and supervision. The role also provides one-to-one resident visits and helps create meaningful engagement in a licensed senior care setting.

Lead all operations and performance for a senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, financial and operational oversight, strategic execution, resident and family relations, employee engagement, occupancy growth, and fostering a collaborative leadership culture. The role requires visible community leadership and ensuring an exceptional resident experience.
