Manages supplier contract development, negotiation, sourcing, pricing, compliance, documentation, and vendor relationships for construction, renovation, and plant operations. Leads RFIs, RFPs, bidding events, reverse auctions, cost analyses, and contract process improvements while supporting internal teams, members, and vendors. Maintains contract and pricing data in business systems and helps expand vendor participation and service offerings.

Process and review complex multi-state payrolls, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy. Manage payroll tax accounts, reconciliations, reporting, client billing, audits, and escalated inquiries. Research complex payroll issues, improve processes and controls, maintain documentation, and support system implementations. Mentor Payroll Accountants, provide training, and serve as backup for Payroll Manager functions.

Procurement intern supporting vendor research and relationship management, purchase order and invoice tracking, pricing analysis, cost-savings opportunities, dashboards, business cases, and strategic projects. The intern will collaborate with leadership, participate in continuous improvement and professional development activities, and present project outcomes to senior leadership at the end of the 12-week program.
