Lead overall operations and performance for a senior living Life Plan community offering independent living, memory care, assisted living, home health, and skilled nursing. Responsibilities include operational accountability, regulatory compliance, financial and metric management, strategic execution, leadership development, relationship building, and ensuring exceptional resident experiences.

Plans, coordinates, and facilitates recreational activities for senior residents based on their needs, abilities, and interests. Escorts residents on trips, monitors participation and safety, maintains supplies and equipment, conducts assessments, and completes attendance, care plan, progress, and MDS documentation. Participates in care conferences, team discussions, scheduling, and resident programming decisions.

Provides skilled nursing care to older adults in a senior living setting, including assistance with daily activities, health and behavior monitoring, care plan collaboration, family communication, and emergency response. The role requires a current Texas LVN license and includes PRN or full-time shifts with every-other-weekend rotation.
