Clara Benefits Overview

Lead the evolution of Clara’s core card-processing infrastructure across issuing, card lifecycles, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and stablecoin payment flows. Own discovery, prioritization, execution, and metrics for verticals including travel, fleet, and corporate cards. Collaborate with engineering, finance, compliance, operations, processors, and network partners. Use GitHub, SQL, Metabase, and AI tools to prototype, analyze performance, and ship scalable platform capabilities.

Leads multiple engineering teams, develops technical leaders, shapes engineering strategy, and drives reliable delivery at scale. Responsibilities include architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, security, observability, AI adoption, talent development, and cross-functional partnership across Product, Data, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Operations. The role requires balancing technical quality, execution speed, organizational growth, and fintech-grade reliability in a regulated environment.

Leads multiple engineering teams and develops engineering leaders while shaping technical strategy, architecture, reliability, security, and execution for a regulated fintech platform. The role partners across Product, Design, Data, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Operations, drives organizational scaling, and identifies AI opportunities across products and engineering workflows.
