Own the operating framework for insurance claims across multiple business lines, including processes, performance metrics, product feedback, feature adoption, and client operations. The role partners closely with claims, product, and clients to scale processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer outcomes. Candidates may be hired at junior, mid, or senior levels.

Works directly with founders to build day-to-day operating processes, improve candidate and employee experience, establish internal and external communication standards, and manage initial hiring-pipeline screening. The role requires strong prioritization, process improvement, relationship-building, writing, and AI-tool proficiency in a high-intensity, office-based London environment.

The Operations Associate will improve claims processes by identifying inefficiencies, collaborating with teams, and implementing new workflows and data metrics.
