Designs, implements, maintains, and secures campus wired and wireless networks, servers, firewalls, VPNs, and telecommunications systems. Monitors ISP connectivity, resolves escalated help-desk tickets, manages backups and network appliances, supports telephony and video surveillance, and works with vendors to evaluate new technologies.

Provide administrative support including scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence management, filing, drafting routine letters, preparing e-requisitions, answering multi-line phone, directing visitors, and creating promotional materials.

Coordinate retention services and data management to support student persistence and completion. Manage student success programs, maintain data integrity, perform data collection/analysis and reporting, collaborate with campus departments and Institutional Research, and support retention initiatives and special projects.
