Manage daily operations of the early learning center, supervise teachers, ensure compliance with standards, and promote quality service delivery to children and families.

Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities, lesson plan implementation, behavior observation, and maintaining a safe, tidy environment for 3-5 year olds. Support family engagement, serve as bus monitor when needed, help prepare meals per CACFP guidelines, and participate in trainings and program events.

Assist lead teacher in delivering daily early childhood classroom activities, support lesson plan execution, maintain classroom safety and supplies, document child behavior, participate in trainings and events, serve as bus monitor/childcare for gatherings, and help prepare meals per CACFP guidelines.

Provide assistance in the classroom for Early Head Start and Head Start programs, support teachers, and maintain observation of children.

Assist lead teachers in delivering daily early childhood classroom activities, maintain materials and classroom safety, support behavior guidance (PBIS), record child observation notes, help with meals per CACFP, participate in events and trainings, and fulfill required certifications and background checks.
