Administers plant HR functions including payroll, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance management, records, HR reporting, training, and employee appreciation activities. Supports positive morale, policy adherence, conflict resolution, and employee development while partnering with plant management. Requires occasional off-shift or weekend work and familiarity with manufacturing environments and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Leads product development projects from design through production, coordinating customer requirements, tooling, molds, machinery, packaging, schedules, budgets, quality, and manufacturing readiness. Creates project plans and Gantt charts, resolves technical and scheduling issues, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, manages customer concerns, analyzes project data, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements. The role partners with customers, sales, design, operations, suppliers, and vendors to deliver products successfully.

Provides hands-on engineering support for manufacturing operations, focusing on blow molding equipment, plant utilities, automation, reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The role analyzes downtime, scrap, throughput, and OEE; supports capital projects, equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance strategies, process optimization, controls upgrades, SOP development, and Lean initiatives. It also coordinates vendors, contractors, and internal teams to improve safety, efficiency, equipment performance, and operating costs.
