Prepare and review permitting applications, emissions inventories, calculations, and regulatory correspondence. Provide technical expertise on NSR/PSD/NNSR/NSPS/Title V and Texas regulations, coordinate with TCEQ/EPA, mentor junior staff, and support business development.
