Leads ecological and natural resource permitting projects across Texas and the Gulf Coast, including WOTUS delineations, USACE coordination, wetland assessments, protected species evaluations, and coastal permitting. Manages scopes, budgets, schedules, deliverables, subcontractors, and client relationships while mentoring staff, supporting business development, and developing new client opportunities.
