Move materials by hand between machinery, load/unload pallets, label and bundle materials, assist machine operators with setup and basic clerical tasks, follow safety procedures, and participate in special projects.

Serve as the link between payroll and accounting: post payroll journal entries, reconcile payroll-related GL accounts, support month-end/year-end close, assist payroll tax filings and audits, maintain payroll controls and state registrations, resolve discrepancies with Payroll/HR, and provide ad hoc labor cost reporting and process improvements.

Assist binder operator with production tasks including replenishing binder pockets, staging and verifying covers and job jackets, supporting collator/trimmer staff, following safety procedures, and performing housekeeping in the bindery area.
