Supervise 2nd-shift bindery and press production to meet quality, output, and delivery targets. Manage scheduling, staff performance, workflow improvements, downtime reduction, safety compliance, and communicate operational status to leadership.

Provide full-scope HR support in a manufacturing facility: handle employee relations, investigations, leave administration, recruiting/onboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, supervisor coaching, performance management, benefits/workers' comp coordination, and partner with Corporate HR and Safety to improve retention and compliance.

Assist press operators with set-up, bundling, and machine upkeep on web and sheet-fed presses. Perform minor adjustments, clean and maintain equipment, stock supplies, assist in make-ready tasks, obtain forklift certification, follow safety procedures, and train for higher-level press positions.
