Leads technology and process-improvement initiatives for print and publishing services. Supports and maintains software, workflows, and business systems; defines requirements; collaborates with customers, developers, stakeholders, and vendors; and manages projects through delivery. Provides technical support to Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Operations, conducts technology demonstrations, audits workflows, recommends improvements, and assists with training and onboarding.
