Coordinates customer print projects from order entry through production and delivery. Serves as the primary customer contact, translates requirements into production and shipping instructions, coordinates internal teams and vendors, monitors quality and timelines, resolves issues, supports estimating and production planning, and mentors junior Account Planners. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, problem-solving, Microsoft Office skills, and flexibility for weekend and holiday work.

Oversee end-to-end direct mail production, including scheduling, proofs, vendor coordination, supplier bidding, postal optimization, billing, invoicing, reporting, and campaign performance analysis. Manage client and cross-functional communications, maintain project data, reconcile postage and supplier invoices, recommend production and distribution strategies, and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. This is a remote role with 10% travel.

Manage client communications and branded merchandise projects from concept through production. Responsibilities include developing merchandise ideas, preparing quotes and sales orders, coordinating product selections and artwork, communicating with suppliers, tracking pricing and timelines, and supporting accurate order processing. The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, client service, and independent workflow within a remote team.
