Leads end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, and inventory planning. Develops planning strategies, manages monthly Sales and Operations Planning, analyzes capacity and bottlenecks, tracks supply chain KPIs, and supports ERP and supply chain system optimization. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical skills, inventory and logistics expertise, project management, bilingual Korean and English communication, and proficiency with SAP WMS and Microsoft Office.

Leads enterprise-wide FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, dashboards, and executive decision support. Partners with department leaders, executives, and Korea Headquarters to translate operational performance into financial insights and strategic recommendations. Develops business cases, board materials, executive presentations, and strategy reports; manages concurrent strategic initiatives, improves reporting processes, and mentors junior analysts.

Supports daily supply chain operations through order processing, inventory control, warehouse coordination, logistics scheduling, shipment tracking, and vendor communication. Maintains accurate ERP and inventory data, verifies purchase orders and invoices, supports receiving, picking, shipping, physical counts, and discrepancy resolution. Coordinates with warehouse staff, stores, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment, accurate product flow, organized records, and compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
