Serve as the operational backbone for a travel-heavy sales org: own travel logistics and master calendar, manage CRM hygiene in HubSpot, triage inbound leads, coordinate with Marketing and Finance, collect overdue invoices, maintain enablement materials and playbooks, and support field reps to keep pipeline and operations running smoothly.

Lead and grow the BDR function: hire, coach, and manage BDRs; own top-of-funnel pipeline targets; develop outreach strategies and messaging; maintain CRM processes; analyze outreach performance; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize pipeline and handoffs.

The Revenue Operations Specialist will manage accounts payable, receivable, commission payments, sales tax compliance, and state reporting, ensuring efficient financial operations and accurate P&L reporting.
