Civitech Benefits Overview

Serve as the primary sales contact for RunningMate prospects: handle inbound leads, perform discovery and demos, prospect outbound opportunities, maintain HubSpot pipeline, collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to convert leads into paying customers.

Supports the COO and Go-to-Market leaders by managing calendars, inboxes, scheduling, meeting preparation, agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-ups. Monitors Slack for unresolved issues, reinforces effective meeting practices, protects executive focus time, and improves cross-functional operating rhythms. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, communication, organization, proactive problem-solving, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

The Data Acquisition Specialist will lead civic data research projects, manage data acquisition processes, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance data quality.
