Teams at Civis Analytics

Contract 6-month full‑stack role building and shipping web applications. Develop UIs in React, back-end services in Python/Ruby/Node, work with SQL, collaborate with engineers, data scientists and product managers, review/debug code, follow best practices, prototype solutions, and integrate AI/ML tools.

Lead technical vision and roadmap for Civis's data platform and AI products. Serve as a hands-on, player-coach guiding architecture, delivery, and team growth (~15 people). Drive AI-centric tooling and practices, represent technology externally, evaluate technologies and partnerships, and support sales and executive decision-making.

Own the full sales cycle to drive revenue growth within the nonprofit sector by building relationships, conducting market research, aligning product/service offerings, and collaborating with product and services teams to meet targets and expand presence.
