Civicity

Civicity is a specialized public-space security division of Block by Block. It provides unarmed Community Response Officers for urban environments, supported by technology, data-driven incident monitoring, and transparent reporting. Its human-centered model emphasizes engagement, de-escalation, and proactive responses to safety concerns, helping cities, campuses, transit areas, parks, and downtown districts create welcoming, safe, and accountable public spaces for residents and visitors alike.
