Leads curriculum design, training delivery, and hands-on mentoring for two AI and digital technology cohorts serving civil society organizations. Develops practical learning modules, facilitator resources, workshops, and assessments; mentors NGOs through AI use-case definition, tool selection, prototyping, user testing, and adoption. Embeds responsible AI principles, adapts instruction for varied digital literacy levels, collaborates with experts, and improves reusable learning materials based on participant feedback.

Supports public policy research, stakeholder mapping, partnership development, grant applications, policy writing, workshops, field visits, and project coordination with government institutions and external partners. The fellow contributes to work involving data governance, responsible AI, digital public infrastructure, and public-interest technology. This is a full-time, six-month hybrid fellowship in Delhi open to freshers and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.

Build and experiment with LLM prompting, retrieval architectures, multilingual conversational interfaces, RAG pipelines, and chatbot or agentic AI prototypes. Improve NLP dataset readiness through schema alignment and metadata tagging, and develop evaluation modules addressing hallucination, bias, safety, and privacy across multilingual and domain-specific contexts. Collaborate with the Responsible AI team across projects while supporting applied research and communicating progress independently.
