Civica Benefits Overview

Provides administrative support to the Payments team by processing card payments, managing post and correspondence, responding to customer and patient enquiries, contacting patients about outstanding balances, maintaining records, routing calls, and supporting daily office operations. The role is hybrid and requires strong organization, attention to detail, numeracy, literacy, telephone communication, Microsoft Office skills, and prior administrative experience.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright, Python, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines. Migrate Selenium tests to Playwright, perform manual and automated functional testing, and execute API, database, compatibility, accessibility, regression, UAT, and integration testing. Document results, report defects, troubleshoot issues, design automation solutions, and mentor team members while delivering test commitments independently.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities, build trusted relationships with senior customers, create quality sales pipeline, and maintain deal momentum through effective discovery, qualification, and commercial discipline. The role requires consistent activity, accountability for pipeline health and results, resilience, adaptability, and collaboration. It is based in Melbourne or Sydney, with at least two office days weekly, and includes structured onboarding and sales enablement support.
