Manage and grow customer accounts for Civica Election Services by building relationships, supporting tenders and proposals, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating sales campaigns, maintaining Salesforce records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent election and democratic services.

Provides administrative support for NHS pension services, including data entry, record maintenance, benefit statement production, pension scheme updates, refund processing, retirement applications, mail handling, and customer query resolution. The role requires accurate processing, clear communication, strong Microsoft Office skills, and adherence to established procedures and service-level agreements while supporting senior administrators.

Develop and maintain the Civica Polling Station application and election software. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, technical design, coding, troubleshooting, application support, bug fixing, testing, documentation, version control, code reviews, and compliance with quality processes. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, communicating technical details, and ensuring software quality while contributing to cloud product development.
