Supports commercial activity across software contracts, bids, tenders, and customer relationships. Responsibilities include commercial reviews, risk assessments, contract negotiations, regulatory and policy compliance, commercial reporting, contract tracking, order booking, and process improvement. The role partners with sales, delivery, legal, and commercial teams to manage risk and support profitable growth across government and public-sector accounts.

Develop regional forecasts, scenarios, financial models, and driver-based analyses covering revenue, ARR, retention, margins, cash, and productivity. The role challenges assumptions, improves planning processes, partners with Commercial Finance, and provides strategic decision support to senior leaders, including the CFO and executive team. It also supports investment cases, long-range planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking.

Provide helpdesk and onsite IT support to colleagues, managing incidents, service requests, problems, and escalations through resolution. Maintain accurate records, meet service levels, prevent SLA breaches, and follow IT service management policies. Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, operating systems, networking, security, backups, and potentially Linux, Unix, macOS, executives, and meeting-room AV. Contribute to knowledge articles, continuous improvement, and effective team communication.
