Manages career services and supervises Career Navigators while leading employer outreach, partnership development, graduate placement, and retention efforts across construction, solar, roofing, and utility infrastructure tracks. Builds employer relationships, coordinates job fairs and industry events, integrates employer feedback into programming, monitors placement data, supports equitable hiring practices, and maintains Salesforce records. The role also develops team processes, coaches staff, and coordinates career services with broader program goals.

Community Landscaping Assistants transform vacant Baltimore lots into gardens and gathering spaces. Duties include debris removal, grading, soil preparation, planting, hardscape installation, mowing, mulching, pruning, watering, and equipment use. Members receive hands-on landscaping and safety training, participate in workforce development, and help lead volunteers and work with neighborhood residents. The role is physically demanding, primarily outdoors, and requires teamwork, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. No prior landscaping experience is required.

Provide case management and application assistance to older adults, conduct outreach and community engagement, build partnerships, assist clients in navigating benefits and support services, maintain accurate documentation and case notes, plan and run outreach events, and travel throughout Baltimore City to meet clients and partners.
