Civic Works Benefits Overview

Provides financial coaching and education to workforce development participants on budgeting, credit building, debt management, savings, banking, and affordable auto loans. Coordinates loan applications with a CDFI partner, facilitates workshops, connects participants with community resources, develops program workflows and playbooks, documents outcomes, and supports compliance and process improvement. The role also builds partnerships with financial institutions and collaborates with internal workforce development and case management teams.

Manages career services and supervises Career Navigators while leading employer outreach, partnership development, graduate placement, and retention efforts across construction, solar, roofing, and utility infrastructure tracks. Builds employer relationships, coordinates job fairs and industry events, integrates employer feedback into programming, monitors placement data, supports equitable hiring practices, and maintains Salesforce records. The role also develops team processes, coaches staff, and coordinates career services with broader program goals.
