Teams at Civic TN

Support partners in voter engagement by administering VAN and related tools, managing users/security, producing data pulls and visualizations, training partners on data hygiene and field tools, providing technical assistance, and coordinating with national and state data teams to maintain shared infrastructure and best practices.

Support administration and coordination of shared voter engagement systems, ensure data quality and reporting, build voter contact files and engagement tools, provide partner trainings and technical assistance, and support coalition coordination and program implementation across Civic TN and Action TN.

Lead and manage nonprofit operations including finance, HR, compliance, IT, board support, and vendor coordination. Oversee budgeting, reporting, grant workflows, policy development, insurance, audits, and PEO/benefits management. Serve as primary operations contact, ensure regulatory compliance for 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities, and support organizational equity and strategic goals.
