Design and develop electrical building services (power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, communications) for UK projects. Perform calculations, produce drawings, reports and tender documentation, use industry analysis software, ensure compliance with codes (IEEE/NEC/IEC) and CDM 2015, self-check work, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage project timelines, budgets and resources under supervision.

The Principal Flood Modeller leads flood risk assessments and drainage strategies, manages projects, mentors staff, and builds client relationships.
