Prepare agendas, presentations, correspondence, and briefing materials; coordinate board and investor meetings; track action items, budgets, and deadlines; and handle confidential information with discretion across US and UK time zones.

Configure, optimize, and support HubSpot CRM solutions, including workflows, pipelines, properties, forms, lists, dashboards, reporting, and automations. Ensure data accuracy, conduct user acceptance testing, resolve system issues, document configurations and processes, and guide users. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions, improve processes, support adoption, and maintain implementation quality.
