Teams at Civ Robotics

Deploy, test, troubleshoot, and support robotic systems at construction sites. Train customers and operators, provide on-site and remote technical support, prepare robots for shipment, diagnose electrical, mechanical, hardware, and basic software issues, and assist with field testing and product validation. The role also gathers customer feedback, improves documentation and training materials, and requires domestic and international travel.

Serve as the technical leader throughout the customer lifecycle, including technical discovery, product demonstrations, evaluations, deployments, training, troubleshooting, adoption, renewals, and expansion support. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Engineering to help customers implement robotic systems in construction environments, communicate business value, gather field feedback, and improve customer outcomes. This in-office San Francisco role requires approximately 30–35% travel to customer project sites.
