Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity donors, represent CityTeam publicly, collaborate with marketing, meet revenue and activity goals, manage proposals and planned giving prospects, and track activities in Raiser's Edge.

Designs, standardizes, and delivers organization-wide training and apprenticeship programs across multiple sites. Partners with HR leadership as a regional liaison, provides frontline coaching, facilitates trainings and train-the-trainer programs, manages LMS/tracking, ensures safety and compliance, and travels to audit and support regional sites.

Oversee accounting operations for a nonprofit: supervise AP, fixed assets, billing, general ledger and reconciliations, restricted fund accounting, gift-in-kind valuation, and grant reporting. Review and approve staff-prepared transactions, manage month-end and year-end close, analyze budget variances, improve procedures, and supervise/train accounting staff while providing internal customer service.
