Oversee daily childcare operations, supervise and train staff, design age-appropriate curriculum, ensure licensing compliance, manage billing/data/reporting, coordinate parent and community engagement, and lead inspections and program administration.

Oversee accounting operations for a nonprofit: supervise AP, fixed assets, billing, general ledger and reconciliations, restricted fund accounting, gift-in-kind valuation, and grant reporting. Review and approve staff-prepared transactions, manage month-end and year-end close, analyze budget variances, improve procedures, and supervise/train accounting staff while providing internal customer service.

Lead and manage daily operations of a licensed childcare center serving infants, preschoolers, and aftercare. Supervise staff, design curriculum, ensure regulatory compliance and licensing readiness, manage billing and reporting, engage parents and community, and handle administrative and special projects in a Christ-centered ministry environment.

Designs, standardizes, and delivers organization-wide training and apprenticeship programs across multiple sites. Partners with HR leadership as a regional liaison, provides frontline coaching, facilitates trainings and train-the-trainer programs, manages LMS/tracking, ensures safety and compliance, and travels to audit and support regional sites.

Lead and manage a faith-based residential addiction recovery program: provide spiritual leadership, supervise case managers/volunteers, conduct intakes and counseling, oversee daily operations, coordinate health/drug testing, manage data and reporting, recruit mentors and partners, and design resident programming.

Oversee the Learning & Career Center: manage classroom environment, coach residents on education and career plans, deliver workshops, prepare students for GED/college, build employer partnerships, provide job placement support, track progress and perform administrative tasks.
