Provides technical and customer support for telecommunications clients through network monitoring, outage response, trouble-ticket documentation, phone and email assistance, billing, payment processing, invoicing, and case management. The role also handles maintenance notifications, collections outreach, shared inboxes, and customer follow-ups. Requires rotating shifts, on-site work in Bridgeport, WV, strong communication, organization, multitasking, computer proficiency, and foundational IT or networking knowledge. Customer service or technical support experience is preferred but not required.

Assists with end-to-end outside plant fiber connectivity engineering, including field surveys, network and facility design, loss budgets, CAD records, permits, estimates, construction contracts, inspections, quality assurance, reporting, and closeouts. The role requires field visits, construction-site inspections, travel, physical activity, and coordination with construction forces, management, utilities, and public agencies.
