Owns custom data solutions by triaging client requests, assessing feasibility, querying and validating data in BigQuery, and building one-off dashboards or reports. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, leadership, clients, and Engineering to scope work, communicate data limitations, present findings, define requirements, and hand off validated solutions for technical implementation.

Build and maintain a full-stack Django and React application while modernizing legacy code, reducing technical debt, upgrading frameworks, and decomposing oversized modules. Design and deliver customer-specific solutions end to end, validate decisions using SQL and metrics, and contribute to cloud deployment, access management, CI/CD, monitoring, and database architecture. The role also involves technical writing, demos, stakeholder alignment, and AI-assisted development.

Lead Citylitics’ sales organization and own net-new ARR, renewals, expansion ARR, and net revenue retention. Build a predictable sales engine, establish sales processes and operating cadences, hire and coach Account Executives and Account Managers, guide complex enterprise and mid-market deals, and strengthen commercial messaging. The VP will partner with Marketing, Product, and Delivery, report to the CEO, engage with the Board, and work in-office four days weekly at the Toronto headquarters.

Lead customer journey from pre-sales through onboarding, implementation, and sustained adoption. Build scalable enablement and implementation processes, manage WAU/adoption targets, design engagement programs, and partner with Sales and Finance on packaging and delivery. Hire and coach a high-performing team, own resource planning and service delivery, and remain hands-on in complex implementations and executive customer conversations.

Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines using Airflow/Cloud Composer and BigQuery; define data models and optimize queries; deliver custom solutions from POC to production; collaborate with Data, Product, and Customer Success; deploy dashboards/data apps; continuously improve data infrastructure and leverage AI tools to accelerate development.
