Provide high-level executive support to the Chief People Officer and Chief Technology & Information Officer. Manage complex diaries, prioritise commitments, prepare presentations and briefing materials, coordinate leadership meetings, track actions, support Board and Committee governance, and act as a discreet, professional point of contact for senior stakeholders.

Inspect, diagnose and repair full-fibre network faults from exchange to premises using OTDR/IOLM and splicing skills. Perform complex installations, maintain network performance, follow safety protocols, audit safe systems of work, and travel regionally to complete on‑site jobs.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects across a portfolio, enforcing governance, managing budgets, risks, dependencies and change, coordinating stakeholders and suppliers, producing executive reporting, and embedding project management best practices to realise benefits on time, cost, quality and scope.
