Provides executive support to the Chief People Officer and Chief Technology & Information Officer. Responsibilities include managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and strategic planning, preparing presentations and briefing materials, tracking actions and deliverables, supporting governance processes, and managing relationships with senior leaders, board members, committees, and external stakeholders. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, and a hybrid schedule with three days in the Covent Garden office.

Maintain and troubleshoot fibre network infrastructure from fibre exchanges to customer premises. Diagnose signal loss and physical damage, perform complex installations and repairs, conduct OTDR/IOLM testing, audit safe systems of work, and support fibre blowing, splicing, duct, and pole installations. The role involves outdoor fieldwork, network-centre work, regional travel, safety compliance, and prompt fault resolution.

Operate and improve the Microsoft 365 platform across identity, endpoint management, collaboration, security, compliance, and AI capabilities. Manage Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive; strengthen access controls and data protection; provide third-line technical support; and automate administration using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. The role also supports Copilot adoption, AI governance, secure configuration, device lifecycle management, and technical knowledge transfer to helpdesk teams.
