Operate, secure, improve, and automate CityFibre’s Microsoft 365 platform across identity, endpoints, collaboration, security, compliance, and AI capabilities. Manage Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Defender, Purview, and Copilot. Provide third-line support for complex incidents, implement access and device controls, strengthen data protection, automate administration using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, and provide technical guidance to helpdesk teams.

Designs and leads enterprise data architecture solutions, including cloud data platforms, data products, analytics, and AI-enabled systems. The role translates business requirements into scalable architectures, establishes governance and technology roadmaps, evaluates technical options, and provides architectural leadership to engineering and delivery teams. Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, data lakes, lakehouses, integration architectures, and emerging AI technologies is valued.

Leads end-to-end architecture for enterprise data platforms, data products, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Designs cloud-based data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, integration frameworks, and analytics platforms; establishes governance standards and technology roadmaps; evaluates architectural options and risks; and provides technical leadership to engineering and delivery teams. The role partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions and supports adoption of generative AI, agentic BI, and intelligent automation.
