Provide proactive executive support to the Chief People Officer and Chief Technology and Information Officer. Responsibilities include managing complex diaries, coordinating leadership meetings and strategic sessions, preparing presentations and briefing materials, tracking actions and deliverables, supporting Board and Committee governance, and handling confidential information. The role requires strong judgement, discretion, organisation, communication, and stakeholder management while working three days per week from the Covent Garden office and two days remotely.
