The Impact Manager oversees daily operations of Student Success Coaches, manages school partnerships, and drives student success through coaching and collaboration.

Lead corporate and foundation fundraising strategy to grow $4M+ in private revenue. Manage institutional giving staff, steward major corporate and foundation partners, write competitive grants, cultivate a $25,000+ prospect pipeline, and leverage events and volunteer programs to increase multi-year commitments and diversify funding.

Lead and coach a team of 5-12 AmeriCorps members in a partner school to implement City Year’s Whole School Whole Child model. Manage service delivery, data collection, school partnerships, after-school programs, and member development. Build relationships with school staff, support member training and performance, and contribute to organizational initiatives and DBIE practices.
