Teams at City Year

Lead and develop two teams of AmeriCorps student success coaches to deliver City Year’s Whole School, Whole Child model. Manage team performance, coaching, and professional development; coordinate with school leaders to align services; use student and program data to guide decisions; ensure accurate service documentation; contribute to training and sitewide collaboration; maintain on-site presence and travel between school campuses and City Year offices.

Manage and coach a team of 6–10 AmeriCorps student success coaches to deliver City Year’s Whole School, Whole Child model. Build school partnerships, use student and program data to guide service delivery, ensure AmeriCorps compliance, foster team culture, contribute to training and collaboration, and support sitewide goals to improve student outcomes.

The Impact Manager oversees daily operations of Student Success Coaches, manages school partnerships, and drives student success through coaching and collaboration.
