Manages construction quality, home completion, and warranty activities across residential development projects. Delivers customer service to homeowners, resolves construction and warranty issues, coordinates priorities and deadlines, and ensures homes meet company quality standards. Communicates complex construction matters clearly to customers and industry associates while collaborating with project teams and influencing stakeholders toward timely resolution.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance (including ASC 606/842), support audits, oversee journal entries and reconciliations, improve internal controls and accounting policies, and support transaction-related accounting and ad hoc technical research.
