The Lead GIS Analyst will manage spatial databases and applications, analyze data, create web maps, and provide GIS support to city agencies while ensuring data integrity and documentation.

Lead the Department of Revenue's fiscal and administrative operations including HR, budget and grant oversight, procurement, mail processing, facilities, and safety. Oversee a $77M budget and ~50 staff through directors, ensure compliance with city policies and USPS regulations, produce financial reports for leadership and Council, manage vendor and union relations, and drive operational efficiency and accountability.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief DEI Officer, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, tracking expenses, supporting project coordination, and serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
