Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects across the city: define scope, schedule, budgets, assemble teams, ensure architecture consistency, follow PMO SDLC practices, prepare status reports and dashboards, and mentor project staff to deliver on-time, in-budget outcomes.

Provide paralegal and clerical support to attorneys in the Code & Public Nuisance Litigation Unit: draft filings, prepare subpoenas and trial exhibits, manage case files and calendars, perform legal research (Westlaw, public records), redact and preserve documents, coordinate court logistics, liaise with client departments, and assist with discovery and witness preparation.

Provide litigation support for the Tort Litigation Unit: investigate tort claims, send and track discovery requests, draft discovery answers, interview witnesses, research property ownership, assist with trial preparation, process settlements and update databases, and manage CMS reporting and related administrative tasks.
