Serve as the functional analyst for pre- and post-award grants, projects, contracts, billing, and receivables during an ERP/DW/BI implementation. Define future-state processes, configure and test system setups, produce training and procedures, support deployment, troubleshoot production issues, evaluate vendor releases, and perform ongoing optimization and regression testing.

Lead and oversee all financial operations for DBHIDS, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, grants oversight, audit coordination, internal controls, financial reporting, and senior finance team management to support departmental and city goals.

Supports creative housing options for the H.O.M.E. project and assists with editing maps related to the zoning code. The intern conducts research and uses PDF editing, Adobe Writer, and Microsoft Office. Applicants must be undergraduate students studying History, Public Policy, or Planning and submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample. Successful candidates must become Philadelphia residents within six months of hire.
