Perform municipal economic, financial, and demographic research and analysis; maintain economic development data and reporting; ensure incentive compliance; prepare forecasts, impact studies, and annual activity reports; coordinate incentive approvals and present findings to City Council and advisory boards.

Supports city departments by preparing and evaluating bids, RFPs, RFQs, and purchase documents; researches pricing and cooperative purchasing options; manages contracts and price agreements; uses automated procurement and financial systems; prepares reports and cost analyses; and trains staff on purchasing procedures.

Part-time Park Ranger responsible for patrolling parks, enforcing ordinances, supporting event security and daily operations, providing safety education, responding to emergencies, and preparing reports. Works year-round outdoors using vehicles, bikes, or kayaks and assists with opening/closing parks and special events.
